COVID-19 Safety Precautions
The Wisconsin Neurological Society (WNS) is following the CDC guidelines in order to safely prepare for the in-person conference October 15-16, 2021 at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells, WI. The CDC currently states that if you are fully vaccinated, you can resume activities that you did prior to the pandemic. According to the CDC, you are considered fully vaccinated 2 weeks after your second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines or 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson's Janssen vaccine. Sauk County also suggests social distancing, even if you've been fully vaccinated.
Due to the continued presence of COVID-19 in our communities we expect that everyone attending the conference will be appropriately vaccinated or will wear a mask and maintain social distance per these guidelines.
