Looking for additional exposure?
Conference Program Advertisements - Purchase an ad in the onsite conference program. The program will be in the hand of all attendees for the duration of the meeting and will also include the schedule and other important conference details. Ads must be purchased as an add-on to any exhibit or sponsorship level.
Lodging Information
Reserve your overnight accommodations before September 3, 2025 to receive the WNS group rate of $199 plus taxes and fees. To make reservations, call the Concourse
Hotel at 1-800-356-8293 to make reservations and request the WNS Annual Conference Room Block.
Registration Deadline
Register by September 19, 2025 to ensure that your company will be recognized in printed materials. Registrations received after September 19, 2025 are not guaranteed to be included in printed materials.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or before September 19, 2025 will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after September 19, 2025. Cancellations must be received in writing at WNS@badgerbay.co.
